Thomas R. Sandlin has over 20 years of extensive corporate service and development experience for such companies as MCI, Mobil, Intelsat, Nextel (Sprint), Hughes, National Association of Securities Dealers, and various Federal Government agencies, where he managed and executed complex projects consisting of strategic planning/consulting, development, acquisition, restructuring, financing, and disposition. Tom’s individual project experience range up to 1,000,000 square feet in size, in addition to creating and planning development projects totaling over 4,000,000 square feet and 3,000 residential units.
