Eileen Xu has more than 10 years commercial real estate expertise and has accomplished unparallel success.  Fluent in many languages, (Chinese, Turkish, and English) she has unique experience in working with foreign investors/clients who are seeking commercial investment opportunities in the US.

As Senior Vice President at Appian Realty Advisors, Eileen advises clients on commercial real estate leasing, sales, and investment including retail, office, industrial, and land development. She represents numerous business owners from small private sectors to large size corporations in commercial real estate leasing and sales.

Prior to joining Appian Realty Advisors, Mrs. Eileen Xu wasa Principal Broker for Re/Max Summit and Principal Broker for Pyramid Commercial. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member designee of the Graduate Real Estate Institute, Eileen continues providing her clients with the most competitive service.

Eileen Xu got her MBA at Southeastern University with an Information Systems concentration and Political Science Degree from Ankara University, Turkey, for Business Management. She has a Bachelor’s of Art from the Foreign Language University in China with a Turkish major.

Currently, Eileen is on the Board of Trustee of Virginia International University. She also is very active in local CCIM chapter. Eileen has been actively involved in business exchange in Turkey for both governmental and private sectors. She was coordinator of a hydra power project between China and Turkey, intermediary for negotiation between Chinese and Turkish Coal Mining companies, and the only student representative for the Turkish-Chinese Woman Friendship Association.
