Professional Qualifications
David Daido has nearly 20 years of experience commercial real estate construction field. He leads teams in the management of base building, tenant improvement, design, and construction related activities of projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He is responsible for procuring design team consultants, managing design efforts, qualifying and procuring general contractors, analyzing bid documents, and all facets of the construction process. He works closely with the client and project team to assure an effective assimilation of these critical elements into the overall dynamics of the transaction. Past and current project include:
