Appian Realty Advisors retained as exclusive leasing broker for four office and flex buildings in Northern Virginia totaling 387,000 square feet
Appian Realty Advisors recently was named exclusive leasing broker for four office and flex buildings totaling 387,000 square feet in Northern Virginia. The new leasing assignments include:
10300 Spotsylvania Ave. - Lees Hill Corporate Office Park, Fredericksburg, Va. The 154,000-square-foot building was formerly occupied by Capital One. Appian was retained by Bernstein Management Corp. to lease 60,000 square feet of available space, with blocks of space ranging from 2,250 to 60,000 square feet. The four-story building is located just off of I-95 at the Route 1 interchange, providing for highly visible signage opportunities.
22570 Shaw Road – Mid Dulles Corporate Park, Sterling. 39,000 square feet is available in the 85,537-square-foot building. The building is owned by Hughes & Smith of Fairfax, Va.
8000 Forbes Place – Ravensworth Industrial Park, Springfield. The 60,000-square-foot building is owned by Minshall Stewart Properties of Chevy Chase, Md. 24,000 square feet is available.
741 Miller Drive – Leesburg Airpark Business Center 2, Leesburg. The 87,000-square-foot building is owned by Gelman Company of Washington, D.C. 12,000 square feet is available.
