Discovery Center One was constructed as a Pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing facility build to suit for Mediatech, Inc. The 100,000 SF facility includes includes clean rooms, high purity water systems, fill and finish, packaging, and cold storage areas. Appian was instrumental in helping Mediatech secure significant economic assistance through the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Governors Opportunity Fund.
