APPIAN REALTY ADVISORS ESTABLISHED IN TYSONS CORNER, VA
New Firm to Provide Full-Array of Commercial Real Estate Services Throughout Washington, DC Metro Area, with a Major Focus on Northern Virginia
TYSONS CORNER, VA --- Appian Realty Advisors, LLC was recently established by a team of veteran Washington area commercial real estate executives. Located in Northern Virginia, the firm will perform the full array of commercial real estate services throughout the greater Washington region, with a heavy emphasis on Northern Virginia projects.
The new team includes Dan Gonzalez, managing partner; Tom Sandlin, managing partner; Herman Diebler, partner; David Daido, Design & Construction Services; Todd McManus, vice president; and Shaun Sullivan, assistant vice president. All were most recently with Scheer Partners.
According to Mr. Gonzalez, the firm has begun operations with one million square feet of commercial real estate projects in the pipeline. “We are very pleased that early on so many clients have decided to utilize our commercial real estate expertise,” said Mr. Gonzalez. He added, “In fact, we are so busy that we are actively recruiting seasoned commercial real estate professionals.”
