Appian Realty Advisors retained as exclusive leasing broker for three-building complex in Manassas, VA on behalf of Buchanan Partners
MANASSAS, VA --- Appian Realty Advisors recently was named exclusive leasing broker for a three-building complex located on Innovation Loop in Prince William County, Va. and owned by Buchanan Partners.Appian has been retained to lease the remaining 50,000 square feet in the 125,000-square-foot portfolio. “We are very pleased to have received this assignment,” said Dan Gonzalez, Appian managing partner. “This project is ideally suited to accommodate the growing community of technology and professional services companies that are becoming more common in the Innovation area.”
The available space is located throughout the three properties with contiguous blocks ranging from 2,000 to 17,000 square feet.
Existing tenants in the buildings include technology companies and professional services firms. The Buchanan Partners’ Innovation Loop properties are part of the Innovation @ Prince William Technology Park, a 1,500-acre business and technology park that is home to leading biotechnology, life science, and supporting firms. The park is home to George Mason University’s life science campus. Current tenants at Innovation Park include American Type Culture Collection (ATCC); Assett Management, Inc.; Baker Engineering; Christopher Consulting; Comcast; EnviroSolutions (ESI); Logis-Tech; NCS Technologies; Progeny Systems, Inc.; ProLogic, Inc.; and SAIC.
