GAINESVILLE, VA. — Tysons Corner, Va.-based Appian Realty Advisors is development manager and broker for Madison Square, a mixed-use office, retail and residential project located at the intersection of Routes 15 and 29 in Gainesville. Appian is developing the project as well as leasing the office space on behalf of RER Equities, a private real estate firm.
Groundbreaking is expected to occur in spring 2008. The commercial space will include a mix of 170,000 square feet of two- and three-story buildings with ground floor retail and restaurant space with office above. The residential component consists of 25 single-family lots, with a residential builder to be determined.
