APPIAN REALTYADVISORS EXPANDS PRESENCE IN NOVA WITH OPENING OF NEW MANASSAS OFFICE AND HIRING OF EXECUTIVE TO HEAD OPERATIONS THERE

Appian Realty Advisors ( www.appianllc.com ), a full-service commercial real estate firm, announced that it recently opened an office in Manassas, Va. and hired James Legat as a senior vice president to head operations there. The new office is located at 10432 Balls Ford Road, Suite 300, Manassas.
Headquartered in Tysons Corner, Va., this is Appian’s third office to open since its founding in October 2007.
“The opening of this new Manassas office and James’s hiring are integral parts our long-term business strategy,” said Dan Gonzalez, Appian managing partner.
“Our strategy is to tap into commercial real estate opportunities throughout Northern Virginia localities ranging from Fairfax County to Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania County and the counties of Loudoun, Prince William, and Stafford in between.”
Mr. Legat was previously with Trust Properties, Inc. where he served as an associate broker handling the leasing and sales of office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as land sales. He holds a BA degreefrom the University of Maryland.
